1. Goal Monitoring ( New Feature!)
What is it?
We are launching Goal Monitoring this month. Vymo Goal Monitoring gives you visibility into your – and your team’s – sales performance in real time, and how it tracks against all your goals.
Goal Monitoring will provide powerful performance management tools for sales reps as well as sales managers:
For Reps:
- View all your goals in one place – on your Vymo app
- Monitor your performance against pre-set goals in real-time. Understand where you should have been at any point of the month and realign your sales priorities
- Identify risks in meeting your monthly goals and intervene to set things right
For Managers:
- Get full, easy visibility into the performance of all your team members
- Access quick summaries of team’s aggrerated performance against goals
- View color-coded risk measures to enable timely intervention and coaching
Performance against pre-set goals is one the most important measure of a sales organization’s effectiveness – your incentives and compensation are quite likely tied to this. Vymo’s Goal Monitoring features empower you to meet your goals.
Why is this useful?
One Place for All Your Goals:Goal metrics are usually spread across various locations, making it difficult to track. With Vymo you can now view all your goals on your app, on-the-go.
Track Progress in Real Time: Don’t wait anymore for the end-of-month goal review. Track how you are performing day, identify risks early, and proactively plan the rest of the month to hit your goals.
Coach Your Team Proactively: Identify risks early, spot the lagging reps, and intervene early to guide your team in the right direction.
How do I use this?
Goal Monitoring will be turned on for all Vymo users on February 2020. Your admin will have to upload all the goals for your organization, as well as each user’s target value for each goal. Once this is done, you can view and monitor your goals on your Vymo mobile app and web interface.

2. Two-Way Calendaring ( Enhancement)
What is it?
Last month, we launch Work Calendar Integration (find details here), to enable unified visibility across your Vymo calendar and your Google or Outlook work calendars. Our first release last month supported uni-directional synch – in other words, items added to your Vymo calendar show up on your work calendar, but not the other way round.
With this month’s enhancement, you now get bi-directional calendar synch. Add an item to your Google/Outlook calendar and it pops up on your Vymo calendar. Gain complete visibility now on both the calendars you use.



3. Vymo Coach ( New Feature )
What is it?
Managers access dashboards to track business performance metrics, status of activities completed (vs activities planned) by their team, app usage (adoption) by their team and more.What if it all came together into one?

4. Internationalization – Japan (Enhancement)
What is it?
The entire Vymo app and web experience has been spruced up for Japanese users, making it more personalized, intuitive – and 100% Japanese. Full Japanese language support is now enabled for all Vymo features, such as reports, calendaring, and activity management.

5. Data Centers in Singapore, Japan ( Enhancement )
What is it?
As part of our constant efforts at providing better mobile experiences to our customers across the globe, Vymo is now available to be hosted on data centers in Singapore and Japan. All our Japan and Singapore clients will be moved to these new data centers, providing their users even more rapid app responses.
